Их вроде упели выпустить 400000 штук до конца войны. И СССР достались заводы, в качестве репарации. Так что, чего Калашникову приснился АК понятно. Мне тоже кажется, что фошисты все таки первые. Поэтому возможно и патента нету, и прочая...
